President-elect Trump kicked off Wednesday by asking the Supreme Court to halt the scheduled Friday sentencing in his New York hush money case until his appeals in the case are resolved.
Trump’s attorneys wrote in the emergency application that his inauguration in 12 days is also a reason for pausing the sentencing.
